Municipality of San Fabian conducted a mobile bloodletting activity at the De Venecia Sports & Civic Center, San Fabian, Pangasinan last June 30,2017.
Mayor Constante B. Agbayani, barangay captains, and Region 1 Medical Center unite for this event to target 250 blood bags fund for Region 1 Medical Center in preparation for dengue month.
