Dagupan City conducts Kasalan ed Hardin

The government of Dagupan conducted its Kasalan ed Hardin held at the city museum on June 17, 2017 where 256 couples became legally married.

Kasalan ed Hardin is a civil wedding for couples who wanted to get married but challenged financially. Mayor Belen Fernandez reminded them that marriage is important for couples to make their relationship stronger.

The said wedding was made possible with the help of City Population Office headed by Leah Aquino, City Civil Registrar headed by Maireen Mejia, and the Barangay Service Point Offices.

Manlingkor Ya Kalangweran or Young City Officials headed by Young City Mayor Jilian Kay Madison Fernandez was also there to witness the said event and permitted the couples to kiss each other for 70 seconds as a symbol of Dagupan’s 70th anniversary.
