Dagupan City Mayor attends Parada na Dekada

Mayor Belen Fernandez headed the Parada na Dekada in Dagupan City on June 20, 2017 to celebrate the city’s 70th Dagupan Day.

Giant floats, drum and lyre, and young performers gave excitement to the citizens of Dagupan. Mayor Belen Fernandez marched along with the employees of different sectors of the city.

After the parade, the celebration was followed by a firework display at the city plaza.
