New health center to benefit Pugaro

With the goal of bringing the government closer to the people, a new health center will be built in Barangay Pugaro to benefit the people of the island barangay.

The new health center was supported with P600,000 budget and a doctor was assigned by the city to respond at the new health center.

Dagupan City Mayor Belen Fernandez headed the groundbreaking ceremony last July 25, 2017. Also present in the event were City Health Officer Dr. Ophelia T. Rivera, City Engineer Virginia V. Rosario, and Barangay Pugaro Punong Barangay Nestor Victorio.
