Oplan Daloy in Binmaley

A traffic plan and rerouting meeting was held at Binmaley, Pangasinan for the Oplan Daloy last June 16, 2017.

According to PO2 Gary Velasquez, the purpose of the said meeting was to disseminate information to TODA representatives and barangay captains on the detour of vehicles in line with the upcoming renovation of Gumapos Bridge. Vehicles going to Lingayen will take the roads of Barangay Biec, Barangay Lomboy, Barangay Matalaba, and Barangay Quibaol.

The meeting was attended by the barangay captains of Biec, Manat, Naguilayan, and Poblacion with some TODA representatives. Municipal Administrator Diomedes Bonalos and Licensing Officer Engineer Benitez also attended the said conference under the supervision of Police Supt. Jackie Candelario.
