Tricycle driver hits professor

A vehicular accident happened along the street of Brgy. Guilig, Mangaldan, Pangasinan last June 22, 2017.

20-year old John Joseph Lacaba, a tricycle driver, was heading westbound to Vimenez St. when he accidentally bumped a Toyota Vios, driven by Jeanica Cervantes, who was traversing northbound heading Cortez St. in Mangaldan, Pangasinan.

According to PO2 Rolando T. Natividad Jr., the investigator of the accident, the cause of the accident is not lending space to private vehicles and a matter of disciplinary ethics to co-drivers.

Both parties signed a resolution stating that damages should be paid by the tricycle's manager.
