ABS-CBN launches Dugtong Buhay bloodletting program

ABS-CBN North Central Luzon, in coordination with Pangasinan Merchant Marine Academy, launched Dugtong Buhay bloodletting program in Dagupan City on August 19, 2017 for the Philippine Red Cross blood bank.

The program aims to collect blood donations for the purpose of saving lives especially this rainy season wherein dengue cases are prevalent.
