Basketball 2nd match-up for Inter-LGU Unity Games

The game two for the Division I finals of the 1st Inter-LGU Unity Games was set on August 25 at NRSCC gym. In the first game of the best of three match-up on August 18, Team Urdaneta City won by a 9-point advantage over Bugallon, with a score of 96-87. For Division II, team Urbiztondo defeated Sta. Maria team via 11-point difference, with a score of 88-77.

If teams Urdaneta and Urbiztondo will win in their upcoming games, they will be declared outright champions in their divisions. But if both Bugallon and Sta. Maria bounce back, there will be do-or-die matches on September 1.

The second match for the finals of the men’s basketball tournament is set on August 25 at NRSCC gym basketball. Division II Sta. Maria versus Urbiztondo will be playing at 1:00 PM and Division I Urdaneta City versus Bugallon at 3:00 PM.
