Dagupan City market free from avian flu

Due to the avian flu virus outbreak in Pampanga, the monitoring of markets in Dagupan City was intensified since August 11, 2017.

City Veterinarian Dr. Michael Maramba visited various wet markets in Dagupan to check and assure Pangasinan consumers that the chickens being sold are free from avian virus.

Dr. Maramba said that they immediately coordinated to all neighboring towns in the province to alert them in any case of chicken contamination.
