Mangaldan PNP arrests violator of RA 10591

Mangaldan Police arrested 59-year old Rolando Viado y Aquino on August 10, 2017 in Barangay Palua, Mangaldan, Pangasinan for violating RA 10591 or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.

Items confiscated from the suspect’s custody were: two cal. 38, one unit of cal. 22 air gun rifle with oxygen tank, Smith and Wesson with one live ammo, and holster with no serial number.

Suspect and the seized items are now under investigation.
