Pangasinan hosts seminar on Philippine folk dance

Donning their authentic costumes rich in cultural heritage, 200 educators from all over the region performed folk dances on the regional seminar hosted by Pangasinan on August 20, 2017 at the Provincial Training and Development Center.
Philippine folkdances taught during the program were: tiklos, haplik, kuradang, pang-alay, pupuri, and la jota jogad.
“Province of Pangasinan has sustained various programs which help preserve and enrich cultural heritage of the province,” said Philippine Folkdance Society President Childe Libertad.
