Pogi launches Adopt-a-Mountain Tree Planting Activity

Adopt-a-Mountain Tree Planting Activity was launched on August 10, 2017 in Barangay Cayanga, Bugallon, Pangasinan by Governor Amado “Pogi” Espino III.

The said activity, dubbed as Pangasinan Onward Greening Initiative (POGI), aims to plant 6,000 seedlings composed of mahogany, narra, ipil-ipil, and mimosoid tree. To ensure the growth of the seed, a monthly clean- up drive will be initiated in Barangay Cayanga.

Environment and Natural Resources Office (ENRO) Chief Nathaniel Pulido and Provincial Disaster and Risk Reduction Management Officer Rhodyn Luchinvar Oro were also present in the event.
