PHINMA-UPang reaps UFF awards

PHINMA-University of Pangasinan reaped awards during the Urduja Film Festival Awards Night on October 3, 2017 held at Sison Auditorium, Lingayen, Pangasinan.
PHINMA-University of Pangasinan has two film entries for this year’s Urduja film fest. Singkwenta, directed by Ailene Vinluan, won the Gender Sensitivity Award. Sienna Sze Meneses, Singkwenta’s lead actress, won the Best Actress award. 20 Questions, directed by Allyn Villahermosa, won Best Actor award for John Russel Flores and Best Actress award for Allysa Contreras.
Several intermission numbers were presented by the Pangasinan State University. Filipina actress, Nora Aunor, was also present in the event as one of the guests.
Urduja Film Festival is an annual event which preserves the Filipino culture and values through film productions.
